You must be 18 years or older to use this website. Should you be under 18 years old, you must use the site with the consent and guidance of your parents or legal guardian.
All orders are concluded on your acceptance of the order on delivery. Payments are immediate and final and orders will only be processed once payment is received.
Growstuff may, at its discretion refuse or cancel any order or registration.
This website may contain links to third-party websites. Growstuff has no control over these third-party sites and is not responsible for the content on them.
Returns and Refund Policy
If the client is unsatisfied with a purchase, then an unopened product with all its original packaging can be returned within seven days after delivery, for a full refund, without the shipping costs. For an opened product with all its original packaging and materials, we will charge a 25% restocking fee.
Edible and food items can not be returned opened. All returned items should be in a condition fit for resale.
Should you wish to cancel an order that hasn’t been shipped yet, then please contact us before the order is shipped, so that we can refund your order. After the order is shipped, you will have to follow our returns and refund process.
Replacements:
All products sold are covered by the supplier’s warranty. User inflicted damage will invalidate any warranty on the product.
Should you have a faulty item, please contact us and we will provide you with details on our returns process. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to Growstuff, however, Growstuff will cover the shipping costs back to the customer.
If an item should arrive broken or break within 30 days upon arrival, then Growstuff will arrange for a courier to collect the item from you and return it back to you. Growstuff will cover the costs of the courier both ways.

Shipping rates are calculated on checkout, you can also use the shipping calculator on view cart. Normally a flat rate of R80 will apply, if there is any special rates associated with shipping to your destination, we will contact you.
